We have a great opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join in our team in Palmdale, CA!

As our Senior Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for many operational duties and will be an instrumental part of the team.

Salary Range: $ 25.38 - $33.85 per hour

Your Challenge:

Administrative, including but not limited to:

  • Answering the phone/door

  • Being available to provide access for cleaning crew (during business hours)

  • Setting up training center for new trainee customers

  • Restocking coffee and other supplies

  • Assist in maintaining stock of supplies (printer ink/paper, paper products, coffee/tea, etc)

Sales

  • Quoting customer

  • Responding to emails

  • Order management (SAP/Pivotal)

  • Updating price sheets

  • GTC

  • Perform GTC reviews as needed

Shipping

  • Provide assistance with shipping as needed

  • Maintain inventory on manuals

What you Bring

  • Demonstrated office/admin assistant experience

  • High School Diploma

  • Be willing to take on extra tasks as needed to help Office manager & Project manager

  • Self-starter and motivated, requires minimal supervision

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft (excel and word mostly) and Adobe PDF Attention to detail (critical)

  • Team player (small BU)
