Job description

Custom home builder seeks an experienced sales representative to engage with prospective clients interested in building a new home. This role requires a deep understanding of the home construction process coupled with strong sales closing skills. The representative will work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project initiation.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their custom home preferences and needs
  • Present home building products and options effectively
  • Leverage home build process knowledge to guide clients accurately
  • Negotiate contracts to secure agreements beneficial to both client and company
  • Close sales by addressing client concerns and finalizing agreements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in home construction sales
