Job description

Finish Carpenter – Austin Lane Construction (ALC)

Austin Lane Construction is seeking skilled finish carpenters to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end, fully custom homes, with occasional semi-custom projects. Our work focuses on precision craftsmanship and attention to detail, installing premium millwork and architectural features in some of the area’s finest homes.

We are looking for experienced carpenters who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering top-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Install high-end interior trim and millwork

  • Hang doors and install casing, baseboards, crown molding, and specialty trim

  • Install custom features such as built-ins, paneling, beams, and architectural details

  • Read and interpret plans and shop drawings

  • Maintain clean and organized job sites

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in finish carpentry required

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
