Skycrest Homes is one of the fastest-growing luxury custom home builders and remodelers in Chicago's Northwest Suburbs. We specialize in high-end custom homes, additions, and major renovations where attention to detail, exceptional client experiences, and flawless execution matter.

We're looking for someone who loves bringing order to chaos, thrives on organization, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

You'll oversee the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our projects running smoothly from contract through construction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating homeowner selections and documenting all decisions
  • Preparing detailed construction proposals and contracts
  • Managing subcontractor agreements, certificates of insurance, and licensing
  • Tracking vendor compliance and insurance renewals
  • Creating and issuing purchase orders
  • Preparing permit submittals and coordinating with municipalities
  • Managing project documentation and digital files
  • Assisting with budgeting, bidding, and estimating
  • Coordinating material orders and vendor communications
  • Tracking project schedules, deadlines, and critical milestones
  • Working closely with project managers, vendors, architects, and homeowners
  • Improving systems and processes as the company continues to grow
  • Identifying issues before they become problems
