Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination and integration of consultant drawings with our architectural designs. The Project Architect will play a crucial role in driving projects from conception through to completion, ensuring all phases of design and construction are meticulously executed.

In this position, you will collaborate directly with home builders, structural engineers, lighting designers, HVAC specialists, landscape architects, and civil engineers to ensure every aspect of the project aligns with our high standards of excellence. Your expertise in custom residential design and construction documentation will be essential in producing innovative, code-compliant, and aesthetically pleasing designs. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating outstanding residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and integrate consultant drawings with architectural designs.
  • Collaborate closely with home builders to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee design phases from schematic design through construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with IRC Building Codes.
  • Must be able to set and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and builders.
  • Utilize Revit software for design and documentation.
  • Procore knowledge is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in custom residential design.
  • Proficiency in construction documents and IRC Building Code.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Revit software.
  • Architecture license not required, but beneficial.
  • Must be able to be in an office environment
  • Must be able to submit a portfolio of previous work
