You will serve as the primary bridge between our local master craftsmen and the elite builders, architects, and designers shaping Middle Tennessee’s finest homes. This is a high-impact role where you move beyond retail sales to become a trusted, long-term consultant for industry professionals.
How You Will Make an Impact-
Cultivate and maintain enduring professional relationships with custom home builders, architects, and interior designers.

Consult on complex architectural plans to develop sophisticated cabinetry concepts, materials, and finish options.

Translate client visions into actionable project specifications that align with shop capabilities and timelines.

Present detailed cabinetry proposals and guide project stakeholders through the selection and approval process.

Coordinate seamlessly with the production team to ensure every custom build moves smoothly from design to final order.
