Join an Established Golf Cart & Low-Speed Vehicle Dealership


Specialty Car Company is looking for an experienced Golf Cart and LSV Technician to join our team. We are a leading golf cart and low-speed vehicle dealership specializing in Club Car vehicles while also servicing EZ-GO, Polaris GEM, and other brands.


We are not looking for an entry-level technician. We're looking for someone who understands diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs and takes pride in delivering quality work.

For the right person, this position offers a clear path toward increased responsibility and future shop leadership opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain gas and electric golf carts and Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs)
  • Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service work
  • Troubleshoot electrical, charging, battery, drive system, suspension, steering, and mechanical issues
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Document work performed and communicate findings clearly
  • Work closely with service advisors, parts personnel, and other technicians
  • Occasionally perform on-site service calls or deliveries using company vehicles
  • Assist with shop organization and maintaining a safe work environment


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a technician in golf carts, powersports, small engines, equipment, forklifts, utility vehicles, automotive repair, or related industries
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working on both gas and electric vehicles preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must provide and maintain personal hand tools
