Job description

Custom Glass Solutions is growing - and we're looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our Production Team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Whether you're just starting out or have experience working with glass or in a factory setting, this is your chance to grow with a company that truly values its people.
Hourly pay begins at $20 per hour
  • At 90 Days, increase to $21.00/hr with satisfactory performance
  • At 180 Days, increase to $22.00 with satisfactory performance

8-Hour Shifts:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
    • Shift provides +$2.00/hr premium in addition to base pay
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
    • Shift provides +$2.00/hr premium in addition to base pay

10-Hour Shifts:
  • Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Monday - Thursday, 4:00 pm - 6:00 am
    • Shift provides +$2.00/hr premium in addition to base pay

12-Hour Shifts (2-2-3 Schedule):
  • Days: 6 am - 6 pm
  • Nights: 6 pm - 6 am
    • Shift provides +$2.00/hr premium in addition to base pay

Production departments also include additional opportunities for +$1.50/hr premium, totaling $3.50/hr in additional premiums to the $20-22 starting pay progression.
Start working at CGS as much as $23.50/hr from day one and earn up to $25.50 per hour within 90 days.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various machines and manufacturing equipment
  • Load and handle glass materials with care
  • Package finished products for customer delivery
  • Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
  • Operate forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Reliable team players who show up ready to work
  • Physically able to lift 30-75 lbs throughout the shift
  • Willing to learn, grow, and take initiative
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Experience in glass or manufacturing is a plus
  • Willing and able to work any of the following shifts and scheduled overtime as required
