We specialize in elevated, custom floral design with a focus on thoughtful details, seamless execution, and a collaborative team environment. Our work is rooted in creativity, efficiency, and delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Position Overview

The Production Crew supports event setup and breakdown. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that brings events to life.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload vans with event materials and florals
  • Transport and set up items at event venues
  • Assist with placing centerpieces, candles, and decor
  • Follow direction from Lead Designer or team leads
  • Assist with breakdown and pack-out at end of events

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
