Are you a creative soul with an eye for detail and a passion for petals? We are looking for a Floral Designer who can transform a workspace into a studio and a customer's vision into a masterpiece.
From high-volume store orders to custom arrangements, you'll be at the heart of our floral operations-shaping the beauty that celebrates our customers' most meaningful moments.
What You'll Do (The Art & The Action)
  • Design & Create: Craft stunning arrangements using fresh flowers, as well as potted plants and corsages.
  • Master the Space: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe design floor. You'll manage inventory levels in the cooler and keep your workstation "camera-ready."
  • Deliver Excellence: Process and package orders with care to ensure they arrive at our stores in pristine condition.
  • Adapt & Evolve: While you are primarily based at our facility, you'll be ready to tackle a variety of creative tasks as they arise.

The Details
  • Schedule: Monday-Saturday availability. We value balance, so we rotate Saturdays (6 a.m.-2 p.m.). When you work a Saturday, you'll enjoy a designated day off during the week!
  • Hours: Shifts typically range between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  • Location: Schnucks Floral Design Center- 9220 Shortline Dr, St Louis, MO 63132
  • Holiday Hustle: We are the busiest when the world is celebrating! Mandatory overtime is required during holiday weeks to help us spread the joy.
  • Compensation: Negotiable based on your experience.
  • Growth: We provide on-site training to help you master our specific styles and systems.

Additional Requirements - Internal Candidates:
  • Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
  • Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
  • Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
  • If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
