We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Metal Welder/Fabricator to join our fabrication team. This position requires extensive hands-on experience working with both aluminum and steel in a production or custom fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading blueprints, fabricating components from raw materials, and performing high-quality welds that meet customer and company specifications.

ARE you able to read CAD or hand drawings to calculate and accurately measure, cut, fit-up, and align materials for the welding of various configurations? Are you comfortable learning to operate lift equipment and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds?

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of on-the-job experience in welding and fabrication with aluminum and steel
  • Experience with setup and usage of various fabrication shop equipment (ex: Band Saw, CNC Plasma Table, Ironworker)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Welding certifications
  • Forklift experience
  • Experience with custom fabrication, structural fabrication, or industrial manufacturing.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fabrication shop environment with exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes.
  • Ability to safely handle fabrication tools, machinery, and materials.
