Custom Concrete Co. is hiring experienced and dependable Concrete Finishers to support our rapidly growing commercial and multifamily project workload. We are looking for highly skilled craftsmen who take pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality finishes, meeting the strict texture, flatness, thickness, and durability standards our customers expect.

About the Role

As a Concrete Finisher with Custom Concrete, you will work on a wide range of commercial, multifamily, and industrial concrete projects. You’ll be responsible for placing, finishing, and repairing concrete with precision and efficiency while maintaining the highest levels of safety and professionalism on every job site.

Minimum Qualifications
  • concrete finishing experience - (preferred multi-family or commercial)
  • Preferred: Experience operating ride‑on trowel machines
  • Preferred: Experience working on commercial or industrial concrete projects
What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Finish concrete slabs on grade according to specified flatness, levels, and slopes
  • Form and pour slab‑on‑grade, slab‑on‑deck, curbs, sidewalks, and pavement
  • Use hand tools to edge, joint, and finish surfaces to professional standards
  • Operate walk‑behind and ride‑on trowel machines to achieve required finish and density
  • Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, and extended tool use
  • Work in all weather conditions—heat, cold, rain, or snow
  • Safely load and unload materials, including climbing into and out of box trucks
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas by securing tools and removing hazards daily
