We are looking for a highly skilled craftsman who can independently build high-quality custom cabinetry from shop drawings while maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship, accuracy, and efficiency.

This is not an entry-level position. If you take pride in your work, enjoy building custom products, and want to be part of a company that values quality craftsmanship, we would like to speak with you.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, elevations, and production documents accurately.
  • Build complete cabinetry projects from raw materials to finished assemblies according to company standards.
  • Review plans before production begins and identify potential design, dimension, or construction issues.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Verify all measurements, materials, hardware, and specifications before construction begins.
  • Assemble cabinets, drawer systems, doors, moldings, and specialty components with precision.
  • Maintain quality control throughout the entire build process.
  • Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate material shortages, design concerns, or production delays promptly.
  • Assist in training and mentoring less experienced builders when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work closely with designers, project managers, finishers, and installers to ensure successful project completion.
  • Meet production deadlines while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Five or more years of cabinet building, millwork, woodworking, or related experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to build complete kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins, and custom cabinetry from plans.
  • Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods, materials, joinery techniques, and woodworking principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and architectural plans.
  • Experience operating woodworking equipment including table saws, panel saws, routers, edge banders, and other shop machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong measuring and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support team success.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
  • Compensation range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability.
