Job Description

This is primarily a sales role, complemented by in-house assembly work on coolant units, pumps, and motors, as well as on-site technical support at customer locations.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Sales
    • Account management and follow-up with existing customers
    • New business development (in-person visits, phone, and email outreach)
    • Sales and marketing activities through social media
  2. Assembly & Production Support
    • Basic assembly of our flagship products (trochoid pumps, filter-integrated coolant pumps, etc.)
    • Assembly of custom units built around our flagship products
    • Pump and motor assembly support
  3. On-Site Technical Support
    • Visiting customers (primarily metal-machining manufacturers and machine-tool users)
    • On-site installation, troubleshooting, and technical support

Products We Handle

  • Industrial pumps (general)
  • Flagship Product #1: Trochoid pumps
  • Flagship Product #2: Filter-integrated pumps for coolant units used with machine tools
  • Custom units built using the above products

Ideal Candidate

    • Valid driver's license (for customer visits / to be confirmed)
  • Preferred:
    • Basic knowledge of industrial or mechanical products
    • B2B sales experience
    • Experience with social media for business
    • Japanese-language communication skills
