Maintenance/Custodian
Pay Range: $17.00 to $22.30 per hour
The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, availability, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.

McDonald's independently owned and operated restaurants are staffed by hardworking people, and we are currently looking for a dependable Maintenance/Custodian Team Member to join us.

Position Responsibilities
The Maintenance/Custodian Team Member assists restaurant management in maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and keeping restaurant equipment in good working condition.
The restaurant will provide the tools and training needed to succeed.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Filtering fryer oil daily
  • Maintaining the restaurant's exterior grounds
  • Cleaning restaurant equipment
  • Cleaning interior and exterior windows
  • Cleaning stockrooms and restrooms
  • Unloading delivery trucks approximately twice per week
  • Removing trash and emptying the trash compactor
  • Replacing light bulbs
  • Cleaning HVAC and exhaust units
  • Removing debris from the roof
  • Completing routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Reporting equipment or facility concerns to restaurant management
  • Following workplace safety and food safety procedures
