Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking aEnvironmental Services/ Custodial Managerto support a manufacturing site inGreen Bay, WI. This on-site role oversees a team of 10janitorial technicians, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of both common and operational areas. Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, quality control, and daily task management. The manager will be accountable for maintaining high standards across all cleaning operations-including restrooms, break areas, floors, and general areas-while supporting special janitorial projects as needed. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance are essential for success in this role.
