Job description

Sales Engineer

As part of the sales team, provides technical and application support for Enertech products and services. Primary applications will be mechanical and hydraulic equipment for the commercial nuclear power industry

Location: Brea, CA

Salary Range : $74,100 - $107,100

Your Challenge:

  • Review customer requests for proposal, specifications, data sheets, and provide technical solutions
  • Provide cost and lead time estimates for quoted products and larger scale projects
  • Assist with writing technical business proposals
  • Maintain historical database records of installed equipment
  • Travel to visit customers and support sales efforts in person

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other related technical discipline
  • 3 - 7 years of related experience with mechanical equipment (application or sales engineering), nuclear experience a plus
  • Experience using data management tools (Power BI or other) a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
  • Creative problem solving and analytical skills
