Program Overview :

This 6-month rotational program is designed to prepare new college graduates for success as Field Sales Engineers. Participants will rotate across three corporate sites and engage in a structured curriculum that blends real-world experience with professional development.

Program Components :

  • Shadowing: Learn directly from experienced FSEs through customer meetings, account reviews, and strategic planning sessions. 
  • Projects: Contribute to live sales initiatives, including customer engagement strategies, competitive analysis, and product positioning. 
  • Simulations: Participate in mock sales scenarios to practice objection handling, value-based selling, and technical presentations. 
  • Training Classes: Attend structured sessions on sales tools, CRM systems, product portfolios, and market dynamics.
