Role

En soutien a domicile, l'infirmier(ere) ou l'infirmier(ere) auxiliaire agit comme intervenant(e) de premiere ligne aupres d'une clientele en perte d'autonomie vivant a domicile. Il ou elle contribue au maintien de l'autonomie, a la securite et a la qualite de vie des usagers grace a une pratique clinique autonome et humaine.

Taches principales

  • Evaluer la condition de sante physique et mentale des usagers a domicile
  • Planifier, prodiguer et assurer le suivi des soins infirmiers
  • Elaborer, appliquer et ajuster le plan therapeutique infirmier (PTI) et le plan d'intervention
  • Assurer l'enseignement aupres des usagers et de leurs proches
  • Reperer les situations a risque et intervenir selon les protocoles en vigueur
  • Collaborer avec l'equipe interdisciplinaire et les partenaires du reseau
  • Contribuer a la coordination et a l'organisation des services
  • Intervenir, selon les besoins, aupres d'une clientele en soins palliatifs a domicile

Exigences

  • Minimum d'une annee d'experience en soutien a domicile (SAD)
  • Etre membre en regle de l'OIIQ ou de l'OIIAQ
  • Diplome (DEC)
  • Plumitif
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Certification RCR a jour
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Voiture obligatoire pour ce mandat
