Job Title: Training and Development Specialists

Location: Turner, OR

Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Training and Development Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the clientโ€™s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Develop and maintain training curricula, delivery plans, job aids, exercises, and reference materials for end users.
  2. Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions using effective adult-learning and facilitation techniques.
  3. Coordinate training activities with project, change management, and business stakeholders to align with implementation milestones.
  4. Gather learner feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and refine materials and delivery approaches to improve adoption and knowledge retention.
     

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3โ€“5 years of experience in training, instructional design, learning and development, or a related field, with experience developing and delivering technology-focused training.

Technical Skills

Curriculum Development, Learning Management Systems, Training Content Development, Presentation Tools, Microsoft Office, Data Visualization Tools, Virtual Training Platforms, Documentation Tools

Business / Domain Skills

Training Delivery, Change Management, Stakeholder Coordination, Knowledge Transfer, End-User Enablement

Communication

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
