ABOUT BIG BRAINBOX
Big Brainbox is a Human Readiness Platform — an applied learning center specializing in integrated STEM and Academic competency development. We build confidence, capability, and readiness in students through an experiential methodology designed for real-world outcomes. Our standards are institutional, neurodiversity is our strength, our model is built for scale, and we hold STEM.org certification with a Best in STEM Top 5% designation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a production role at the center of how Big Brainbox builds its curriculum. Every day, you will use our internal AI tools to generate lesson content, apply your teaching and educational expertise to evaluate the output, and take that content into the real world — field testing with teachers and students to see what lands and what doesn't. The structured feedback you bring back directly shapes how the AI systems improve. You work hand-in-hand with the Curriculum Product Designer, who uses your insights to refine the AI models and holds final quality approval on everything you produce.
You are the bridge between AI output and classroom reality. Your work is how the system gets better.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Generate lesson content daily using our internal AI production tools
  • Perform first-pass review of AI-generated lessons for accuracy, clarity, and curriculum alignment
  • Make tactical, session-level adjustments to AI outputs to improve quality within defined parameters
  • Field test lessons with students and teachers; observe, document, and report what works and why
  • Deliver structured, evidence-based feedback to the Curriculum Product Designer to inform prompt and system improvements
  • Work in a continuous loop with the Designer — your field data is their raw material
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

  • Teaching or curriculum background — you know what a good lesson looks like and can explain why
  • Working fluency with AI content tools — real use, not just familiarity
  • Structured feedback skills — you document problems precisely
  • High output tolerance — production volume is core to the role
  • Collaborative orientation — the Designer relationship is the engine of this role
Preferred:

  • IB, Common Core, or international academic standards familiarity
  • Direct student or classroom experience
  • STEM.org certified
  • Understanding of neurodiversity needs and support
  • EdTech content production background
