Job description

Client Management Executive

Curinos empowers financial institutions to put customers at the center of every decision. Our AI-first platform transforms proprietary data, advanced analytics and deep financial services expertise into timely recommendations - delivered right where teams work. The result: confident decisions, stronger customer relationships, and lasting, profitable growth. Curinos operates under a hybrid modality and has office locations in New York, Chicago, Boston, Toronto, and London. This role is open to candidates based in the UK.

We're seeking a Client Management Executive who combines the commercial instincts of an enterprise SaaS seller with the credibility of a trusted banking advisor. You'll lead growth, retention, and strategic engagement across a portfolio of major financial institutions, acting as the bridge between analytics, strategy, and execution.

Curinos' clients are under pressure to grow profitably, improve customer economics, optimise channel and product performance, and make faster decisions in increasingly competitive markets. This role is central to that agenda.

This is a high-impact, consultative leadership role. You'll sit across from Heads of Retail, Heads of Product and Heads of Trading to help them translate data and analytics into business outcomes— to help them use Curinos' data and insight to make better business decisions. That may include optimising deposit and lending performance, improving customer acquisition, understanding renewal and retention dynamics, identifying profitable growth opportunities, or using market benchmarks to support sharper commercial execution.

What You'll Do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 and mid-tier banking and insurance clients, accountable for retention, renewal, and revenue growth
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, aligning client priorities with Curinos' data, AI, and advisory solutions
  • Drive expansion through insight-led storytelling and disciplined account planning—helping clients unlock new growth and product opportunities across deposits, lending, and customer acquisition
  • Lead commercial negotiations and pricing strategy, balancing mutual value and long-term partnership
  • Support a more productised and scalable client model, helping clients adopt recurring data products, benchmarks, and decision tools as part of their regular operating cadence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Advisory, and Product to deliver integrated multiple solutions
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast rigor using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)
  • Represent the client's voice internally, influencing product roadmap and delivery excellence
  • Contribute to the Curinos sales culture by mentoring peers and sharing best practices
Desired Skills & Expertise
  • 8–15+ years of experience in financial-services, SaaS, or analytics sales / client leadership
  • Proven record managing a book of $1-$2.5M+ ARR and closing six figure deals.
  • Credibility with C-suite executives across the UK banking and insurance sectors
  • Deep understanding of banking and/or insurance economics
  • Consultative, insight-driven communicator who turns analytics into a commercial narrative
  • Commercially sharp, with deal-structuring and P&L fluency
  • Collaborative, high-EQ operator who thrives in a PE-backed, performance culture
  • Curious, resilient, and energized by solving complex client challenges
What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means building deeper and more commercially valuable relationships with Curinos' key banking and insurance clients.

You will help increase retention, expand recurring revenue, improve client adoption of core products, and identify new opportunities where Curinos' data and expertise can support better client decisions. Internally, you will help strengthen account discipline, improve the quality of client feedback into Product and Advisory, and support a more scalable, integrated approach to enterprise client management.

You will be expected to operate as a senior commercial leader: trusted by clients, respected by internal teams, and capable of turning complex financial-services challenges into clear growth opportunities.
