Our Mobile Service Ambassador is tasked with helping customers place Mobile Orders through their devices and help guest download the App and use these mobile ordering functions on current and future visits.
When the Mobile Service Ambassador is not busy attending to Guests, the Mobile Service Ambassador assists Guests with downloading and navigating the Mobile App for a digital service experience. Additionally, they will drive the excitement and culture around the Mobile Ordering Experience in the restaurant to ensure its success. They will ensure the crew are properly trained on all Mobile Service Procedures and can execute in the Drive Thru, Curbside, or Dine In.
During high volume times the Mobile Service Ambassador can work with Guests in the Drive Thru to pull out of line and place their order via the app, educating the Guest on how to use the app functionality.

• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
• Handling any concerns
• Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
