Position Overview
CUMULUS MEDIA |KRBE 104.1 Houston, Texas is offering a great opportunity as a Part-Time Phone Screener/Board Operator for The Roula show with Eric providing programming and control console support. Our ideal candidate should be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced media environment. The position requires extreme reliability and flexibility. If you are a fast-learner, have a good demeanor around others, and have a passion for entertainment, read on.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
  • Duties include:
    -Screening listener phone calls
    -Running the on-air console in a back-up capacity
    -Editing podcasts for posting
    -Downloading and editing audio for show
    -Ability to contribute relevant show content

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to:
    -Work 6:30a-11:30a Monday through Friday
    -Run a broadcast console
    -Basic editing skills (VoxPro and Reaper)
    -Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    -Be an ambassador for show and station while communicating with listeners
