Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Inner Zenith Wellness, your daily tasks will be diverse and impactful. You will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, utilizing established best practices to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring your interventions are tailored to the strengths and preferences of each patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a robust multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of patients.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to foster professional development and enhance team collaboration.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to be active participants in their recovery journey.
• Remain informed about the latest developments in mental health by integrating current research into your practice to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution that reflects your strong foundation in social work principles and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

In consideration of your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
