The Role

The Brand Executive plays a dynamic, dual-scope role within the Americas marketing team. You will drive the day-to-day marketing, community engagement, and digital presence for Working From_ Fulton Market within The Hoxton, Chicago. Additionally, you will provide critical administrative, financial, and digital marketing support for The Hoxton, Delano, Hyde, Mondrian, Hyde, SO/, Mama Shelter brands across the US and Latin America. This position bridges local community storytelling with global luxury and lifestyle brand operations.

Job Description

What you'll do...

Working From_ Brand Marketing (Fulton Market focus)

  • Member Communications: Draft, schedule, and execute regular member emails, newsletters, and internal notices to foster an informed, active workspace community.
  • Collateral Creation & Production: Manage the design, content updates, production, and physical printing of all on-site branding, digital signage, and membership materials.
  • Cultural Programming & Events: Ideate, plan, and execute a monthly calendar of member events, panels, and wellness activations. Coordinate with local partners and members, and develop promotional assets to drive attendance and member engagement.
  • Social & Digital Media: Source, curate, and schedule highly engaging content for the brand's social media channels. Support paid digital media efforts by facilitating asset delivery for campaign creative.
  • Website & Digital Presence: Own local website updates via the CMS, ensuring rates, hours, space availability, and photography are continuously optimized and accurate.
  • Public Relations Support: Act as the local point of contact to feed property updates into the PR Agency.

Ennismore Regional Brand Support (Americas)

  • Support Finance and Accounting teams with the timely processing and tracking of Purchase Orders, invoices and vendor documentation across brand initiatives in multiple regions.
  • Learn and manage website CMSย to assist with hotel website updates, including new page creation, content revisions, image uploads and approval workflows to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in monitoring brand and hotel social media channels to ensure alignment with established brand standards, visual identity and tone of voice across platforms.
  • Conduct competitive research and monitor industry trends across hospitality, travel, lifestyle and luxury sectors to support brand positioning, campaign development and market awareness.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date brand resources, guidelines and marketing assets across internal platforms and shared systems.
  • Support cross-functional brand initiatives, campaigns and hotel openings through coordination with regional teams, properties and external partners.
  • Assist in the creation, distribution and reporting of marketing materials, presentations and campaign recaps across brands and markets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with General Manager and Sales to identify property-specific commercial needs, translating objectives into thoughtfully concerted, multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions across paid media and digital platforms.
  • Proactively present updates to PR agency on business initiatives, key messaging, and cultural programming so they're armed to secure high-impact media coverage and editorial exposure.
Qualifications

What we're looking for...

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, hospitality, or creative agency environments.
  • Exceptional visual eye and layout skills; basic graphic design competency (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for collateral updates is highly desired.
  • Quick comfort learning new technologies; familiarity with website Content Management Systems (CMS), email marketing platforms (CRM), and project management software is a plus.
  • Highly organized multitasker with an innate attention to detail, capable of balancing immediate local priorities with multi-regional, multi-brand administrative demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.ย Secondary language skills in Spanish or Portuguese are a huge plus advantage given the LATAM portfolio.
