Familiarity with research tools, project management software, and sometimes fluency in additional languages are important technical assets. Openness, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills help you engage meaningfully with diverse groups and navigate new environments. What is a cultural intern?

Cultural Interns are individuals, often students or recent graduates, who participate in internship programs focused on learning about and contributing to cultural organizations, institutions, or initiatives. Their roles typically involve assisting with projects related to arts, heritage, education, or community engagement while gaining hands-on experience in the cultural sector. Cultural Interns may work in museums, galleries, cultural centers, or with nonprofit organizations, helping with event planning, research, outreach, or administration.
