  • Clean and organize all surfaces, equipment, plates, glassware, and stations within the restaurant.
  • Routinely check that all sinks, dishes, or glasswashers are properly functioning.
  • Reporting directly to the culinary manager and general manager
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times
