Join Our Leadership Team

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Director to help lead the food and beverage operations at an upscale boutique hotel. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams across multiple outlets.

Working alongside the Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the hotel's restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the daily leadership of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations
  • Ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining the highest hospitality standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house managers and team members
  • Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Coordinate banquet and special event execution with the culinary and operations teams
  • Monitor labor costs, beverage costs, and operational efficiencies
  • Maintain all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Help drive revenue through service excellence, upselling, and operational improvements
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable guest experiences
