Culinary Operations Supervisor
The Role
The Culinary Operations Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for executing daily kitchen operations with consistency, safety, and accountability. This role ensures strict adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and food safety standards while supporting Culinary Operations Leads and chef teams during live service.
You will maintain active floor presence, enforce operational standards, escalate risks, and ensure smooth shift execution across production zones. Success in this role is measured by operational consistency, compliance, workflow integrity, and team performance.
You Are
  • A strong floor leader who thrives in fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Detail-oriented and uncompromising when it comes to SOP and food safety compliance
  • Calm under pressure and confident making real-time decisions
  • Comfortable escalating risks and holding teams accountable
  • Highly organized and proactive with follow-through
  • A clear communicator who ensures alignment across shifts and leadership

Must Have
  • Experience supervising teams in high-volume food production or commercial kitchens
  • Strong knowledge of GMPs, SOP enforcement, and food safety compliance
  • Ability to monitor live operations and intervene when standards are not met
  • Experience documenting incidents, violations, and corrective actions
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Food Safety, Sanitation, and Operations teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities during live service
