Luxury Vessel • At Sea • USD $11,500 net per month, Negotiable
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for an Executive Chef for a luxury vessel operating at sea. This is a rare opportunity for a highly creative culinary leader to take full ownership of an exceptional dining program across multiple outlets, delivering personalized, imaginative experiences to a discerning, high-end clientele.
This role demands someone who brings the highest standards of luxury hospitality to a unique, intimate environment and thrives on creating variety, excitement, and memorable moments through food.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead all culinary operations across multiple dining outlets, in-room dining, and stewarding
  • Develop seasonal, creative menus that reflect variety, quality, and a deep understanding of guest preferences
  • Curate bespoke dining experiences tailored to the tastes and expectations of luxury guests
  • Actively listen to and incorporate guest feedback to continually elevate the dining program
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships to maintain the highest product standards
  • Deliver exceptional culinary output with a lean, well-developed team
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of F&B; on overall food and beverage strategy

WHAT YOU BRING
