Job description

NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 fueled the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern deep learning — the next era of computing — with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Today, we are increasingly known as “the AI computing company.” We're looking to grow our company and establish teams with the most thoughtful people in the world. Are you ready to change the next generation of computing? Join us at the forefront of technological advancement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Drive account strategy, senior leadership involvement, and business results for a portfolio of Global Public Sector ISVs and ecosystem collaborators including System Integrators (SIs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), OEMs, and Sophisticated Technology Partners.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with C-level executives, product leaders, architects, developers, data scientists, sales leaders, government-industry leaders, systems integrators, and public-sector decision-makers.
  • Speed up partner uptake of NVIDIA tools, SDKs, libraries, frameworks, models, blueprints, reference architectures, and AI acceleration technologies on ISV platforms and packaged solutions.
  • Adapt NVIDIA platform features into tailored partner solutions for public safety, traffic and mobility, smart infrastructure, digital government, records and case management, computer vision, conversational AI and agentic systems.
  • Develop collaborative go-to-market strategies with ISVs, SIs, GSIs, OEMs, and ATPs alongside field sales teams, and establish repeatable co-sell processes.
  • Guide pilots, proofs of value, software validation, marketplace readiness, licensing, deployment architecture, and production transition while maintaining executive-level access to risk and progress.
  • Identify trends in the ISV portfolio and transform effective integrations into reusable solution plays that can be expanded across countries, agencies, and Global Public Sector segments.
What We Need to See:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (or equivalent experience).
  • 12+ years in enterprise software sales, strategic account management, ISV ecosystem development, partner management, developer relations, public-sector technology, or related roles.
  • Expertise in enterprise AI and agentic systems is vital. This includes large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, grounding, and inference. Familiarity with AI-native architectures, computer vision, digital twins, and secure deployment frameworks for enterprise and government is also essential.
  • Proven success developing strategic accounts, building pipeline, forecasting complex opportunities, and crafting business outcomes through software and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Knowledge of government buying motions, mission requirements, security and data-sovereignty considerations, funding and procurement cycles, and the partner routes to market used in public sector.
  • Ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, communicate a clear vision in writing and verbally, and influence executives and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, AI platforms, ISV ecosystems, open-source business models, developer-led sales motions, and multi-party solution selling.
  • Strong operational focus, including account planning, CRM and pipeline management, opportunity qualification, mutual action plans, executive reviews, and clear ownership of follow-through.
Ways to Stand Out From the Crowd:
  • MBA, advanced degree, or equivalent business and technical experience.
  • Experience driving AI adoption across public-sector, cloud, telecom, OEM, ISV, and systems integrator ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA's AI portfolio, including AI Enterprise, CUDA-X, NIM, NeMo, Riva, Omniverse, Isaac, and DGX.
  • Background in SaaS, AI/ML consulting, solution architecture, developer ecosystems, or public-sector industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable co-sell motions and take partner solutions from integration to market success.

We have some of the most hard-working and skilled people in the world working for us and our outstanding engineering teams are growing fast. If you're a creative and self-motivated engineer with a real passion for technology, we want to hear from you!

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5, and 248,000 USD - 396,750 USD for Level 6.

  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.

Applications for this job will be accepted at least until August 7, 2026.
