Garantizar la operatividad y disponibilidad del equipamiento informático en los CAPS asignados, brindando soporte técnico presencial y remoto para asegurar la continuidad del servicio, el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos y la satisfacción de los usuarios, mediante visitas planificadas y seguimiento del cronograma establecido.

???? Principales tareas y responsabilidadesInstalación, configuración y entrega de equipamiento

  • Configurar e instalar equipos nuevos o reutilizables.

  • Reemplazar equipos y realizar reparaciones de sistema operativo.

  • Garantizar cacheo de usuario y correcta vinculación del equipo en el ticket.

Gestión de tareas planificadas

  • Crear y gestionar tickets de tareas programadas.

  • Realizar seguimiento junto al equipo.

Asistencia con manos remotas

  • Soporte remoto mediante Intel EMA.

  • Asistencia a usuarios dentro y fuera de la zona asignada.

Verificación del estado del equipo

  • Confirmar reporte, antivirus activo y estado general en Insight.

Gestión de incidentes y solicitudes

  • Resolver incidentes siguiendo los procedimientos de Calidad.

Soporte presencial en CAPS de su zona

  • Cumplir con el cronograma de visitas.

  • Envío previo del correo obligatorio para acceso.

  • Realizar relevamientos mensuales.

  • Gestionar viáticos según procedimiento.

Gestión de herramientas de depósito (solo CRUMs)

  • Registrar entradas y salidas de activos en la herramienta de stock y ticket.

Cobertura de otros nodos

  • Apoyo a otras zonas por licencias o proyectos para asegurar servicio continuo.
