Forklift/Clamp Truck Operator
Job Summary
Forklift Operator will receive, input, sort, load and unload products using a clamp truck (lift truck with a clamp attachment) and perform various other warehouse tasks.
Essential Functions
โ€ข Operates a lift-truck loading & unloading trucks.
โ€ข Changing out propane tanks on lift when out of Fuel.
โ€ข Receive & select pallets for outbound.
โ€ข Track shipments using a handheld scanner.
โ€ข Process, package and ship orders accurately
โ€ข Organize stocks and maintain inventory
โ€ข Inspect products for defects and damages
โ€ข Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
โ€ข Organize warehouse space
โ€ข Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
โ€ข Check, verify and fill customer invoices
โ€ข Follows all safety requirements and regulations
โ€ข Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
โ€ข Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
โ€ข Perform other responsibilities as directed.
โ€ข All other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities

โ€ข Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
โ€ข Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
