Waukesha Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center is one of the finest long-term care and rehabilitation facilities in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Our focus is on Caring Above and Beyond values to deliver quality care for some amazing older adults. We have a full time position open for a Social Worker who will work with our residents in determining their long range and short range goals as it relates to their social, emotional and financial needs. A Bachelors Degree in social work is required for this position. Experience working with the elderly in a skilled nursing facility and State of Wisconsin CSW is preferred..
