Job description

Veterinary Client Service Representative $20–$23/hr + $3/hr weekend differential | VCA Animal Care Center Now hiring for nights & weekends

Love pets? Great with people? We need someone who can do both at the same time — especially on evenings and weekends, when our clients need us most.

As our Client Service Representative, you'll be the first friendly face (and voice) our clients and patients see and hear — handling everything from check-ins and scheduling to explaining treatment costs and keeping records running smoothly.

Schedule: This role is focused on night and weekend shifts — perfect if you want consistent hours during the times we need coverage most (and that weekend differential adds up!).

What you'll do:

  • Greet clients warmly, in person and on the phone
  • Manage calls, texts, emails, and scheduling
  • Explain treatment fees and payment options
  • Keep patient records and electronic systems organized
  • Bring calm, clear communication to a fast-paced environment

What you bring:

  • Availability for nights and weekends
  • Client service experience (veterinary or medical preferred)
  • Compassion for pets and people
  • Sharp attention to detail and great judgment under pressure
  • Honesty, accountability, and a love of learning

What we offer:

  • Educational support and real career growth
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous pet discounts
  • A genuinely supportive team

Ready to bring your people skills (and your love of animals) to our team? Apply today.

If you are a current associate, you need to apply through our internal career site. Please log into Workday and click on the Jobs Hub app or search for Browse Jobs.

Benefits: We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and paid vacation/sick days, 401(k), generous employee pet discounts and more!
