Customer Service Representative

Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-Office

Guardian Tax is growing, and we're looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Irvine team.

In this role, you'll communicate with Guardian Tax clients over the phone, welcome them to our services, and help them better understand their accounts. You'll be focused on providing a great client experience, answering questions, and making sure clients feel supported and informed.
