Labelink USA is currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, this role will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers while providing timely and accurate support to meet their needs.
The Customer Service Representative will interact regularly with key customers and internal teams to coordinate orders, resolve challenges, manage deadlines, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and accountability are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional communication.
  • Address customer questions and concerns related to orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and other service-related needs.
  • Enter and maintain customer orders accurately using company software systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide support to customers, suppliers, and internal teams as needed.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
