About the Position
Atlantic Blue Water Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Westminster, Maryland.
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. Our Customer Service Representatives are an important part of the customer experience and work closely with customers, technicians, dispatch, and management to keep our service operations running smoothly.
This is an on-site, office-based position that requires frequent computer and telephone use and extended periods of sitting.
What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and customer accounts.
  • Make outbound calls to incoming leads and follow up with existing customers.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with dispatch and field technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and detailed customer records in company systems.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, office staff, and management.
  • Listen to customer questions, concerns, and complaints and respond with a positive, solution-focused approach.
  • Direct customer issues to the appropriate department or team member when additional assistance is needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Keep customer information and records current and accurate.
  • Assist with other administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The position requires:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around the office as needed.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or carry office supplies, packages, or materials weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
  • Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive computer and data-entry tasks.
