Location: Airline Store, Bossier City
Reports To: Store Manager 
Employment Type: Part-Time 
Job Summary: 
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Porter’s Cleaners, a professional dry cleaning establishment. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling garments with care, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the garment cleaning process. 
Key Responsibilities: 
·       Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner 
·       Receive, tag, and log clothing and other items for dry cleaning or laundry service 
·       Review orders with customers and ensure accurate information is collected 
·       Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries regarding services, pricing, and order status 
·       Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments and issue receipts 
·       Inspect garments for special care needs, damage, or stains; notate on ticket 
·       Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues to management as needed 
·       Maintain a clean and organized front counter area 
·       Assist with packaging completed orders and notifying customers when orders are ready 
·       Perform basic opening and closing duties as required 
Qualifications: 
·       Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus 
·       Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
·       Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs 
·       Basic math and computer skills 
·       Basic knowledge of filing systems 
·       Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 
·       Punctual and dependable work ethic 
Work Schedule: 
Monday - Saturday/hours of operation 
Must be available to work Saturdays or holidays, if needed 
Compensation: 
$11.00 - $15.00
