Job description

ServiceNow QA / Tester

Job Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow QA/Tester with hands-on experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and manual regression testing within ServiceNow. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and stability of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Perform manual functional and regression testing within ServiceNow.
  • Validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
  • Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
  • Work closely with developers and Business Analysts to ensure quality delivery.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in ServiceNow testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
  • Experience in manual regression and functional testing.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM – preferred).
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
