Kaizen Collision Center is hiring an experiencedGeneral Manager in Omaha, Nebraska, and we're not looking for someone who simply wants the title.

We're looking for a proven collision repair leader who knows how torun the business, lead the team, drive production, understand the numbers, and deliver results.

What You'll Own

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the collision center, including:

  • Lead day-to-day collision center operations
  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
  • Manage production flow and cycle time
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain employees
  • Monitor technician and estimator performance
  • Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks
  • Maintain strong insurance and DRP relationships
  • Drive customer satisfaction
  • Ensure safe, high-quality repairs
  • Monitor KPIs and take action when performance falls short
  • Manage staffing and workforce planning
  • Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and performance

This isn't a position where you'll sit in an office and watch reports.

You'll lead the operation.

Who We're After
