About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Stretch Consultant with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential to join our performance and recovery team. In this hybrid role, youโ€™ll provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, personalized mobility plans, and performance-driven guidance to clients looking to improve flexibility, movement quality, pain-free range of motion, and overall physical performance.

Your CSCS background allows you to elevate the stretch experience with evidence-based movement principles, making you a key contributor to client outcomes, client education, and long-term wellness.


Key ResponsibilitiesClient Care amp; Stretching Services
  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using safe, effective, and evidence-backed techniques

  • Assess client movement patterns, flexibility limitations, and performance needs

  • Create customized mobility/stretch plans aligned with each clientโ€™s goals

  • Educate clients on proper techniques, breathwork, and movement habits to support their flexibility and performance outside of sessions

  • Track progress, document client notes, and maintain accurate records

Performance amp; Conditioning Expertise
  • Apply CSCS-level understanding of biomechanics, anatomy, and neuromuscular control to guide each stretch session

  • Provide light corrective-exercise recommendations when appropriate (mobility drills, stability work, activation work)

  • Support clients in managing stiffness, recovery, and performance prep (athletes, weekend warriors, general population)

Client Experience amp; Sales Support
  • Build strong rapport to encourage repeat visits and membership conversions

  • Explain program benefits, session packages, and membership offerings

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment that aligns with a performance-forward brand

Team Collaboration
  • Communicate with other stretch consultants, PTs, and management to ensure consistency in client care

  • Participate in meetings, skills training, and ongoing professional development


Qualifications
  • Required: CSCS certification (NSCA)

  • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or related field preferred

  • Experience working with clients in fitness, athletic performance, physical therapy, or assisted stretching

  • Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, flexibility methods, and movement quality

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide a motivating, client-centered experience

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including assisted stretching, demonstrating exercises, and guiding clients through movement patterns
