Universal banker with special emphasis on deposit operations. Major duties include:

  1. Process all new and existing account transactions
  2. Cash checks with assigned limits
  3. Accept deposits, withdrawals, and verify signatures
  4. Assist customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services
  5. Open, maintain, and close all account types
  6. Build customer relationships
  7. Promote the company's services, answer customer questions, and direct customers to appropriate departments
  8. Maintain current working knowledge of CSB handbook, policies, and procedures
  9. Perform branch clerical duties
  10. Other duties as required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of cash handling/customer service experience
  • Financial institution experience a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Type 25 WPM and proficient in utilizing PC, software, and other office equipment
  • Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers
  • Able to move up to 25 pounds and to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity
  • Able to maintain a consistent attendance record in a flexible Monday through Friday schedule
