How does a Customer Service Associate typically handle high-stress situations or difficult customers?

Customer Service Associates (CSAs) frequently encounter high-stress situations, especially when dealing with upset or dissatisfied customers. The key is to remain calm, actively listen, and empathize with the customer's concerns before working towards a solution.
