Job description

Position Overview
The CSA Administrator oversees the full lifecycle of service contracts, ensuring all contractual obligations are planned, tracked, and fulfilled. This role requires strong organizational skills, precise data management, and proactive communication with internal teams to maintain seamless execution of customer service agreements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily and weekly CSA proposals using SAP and Excel, ensuring accurate status updates and timely follow-through.
  • Verify that all contract scope items are properly scheduled, tracked, and completed to meet customer commitments.
  • Build and update APSM documentation to support contract compliance and operational planning.
  • Track calibration certificates, oil sample results, vibration analysis, and other required testing; follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare monthly internal and customer-facing reports summarizing contract activity, testing results, and service performance.
  • Create monthly CSA job numbers and maintain accurate job records throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Assist Industrial and Commercial service teams with contract obligations, documentation, and follow-up requirements.
  • Verify technician hours, ensure billing accuracy, and close jobs promptly upon completion.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Strong, accurate data entry and documentation skills.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong focus on billing accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
