Requirements:

Maintenance Mechanics who take pride in keeping production running safely and efficiently. If you're a skilled industrial

maintenance professional with strong troubleshooting abilities, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

· Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, processing, and packaging equipment.

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and systems.

· Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability.

· Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.

What We're Looking For

· 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

· Ammonia refrigeration experience is preferred.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Position Requirements

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

· Ability to stand, walk, kneel, climb, and bend throughout the workday.

· Comfortable working in wet, refrigerated, and high-noise manufacturing environments.

· Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.

· Must successfully pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
