As a Senior Engineer, You Will
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Deploy, manage, and optimize applications running on PCF, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.
Develop engaging and responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and contribute to the evaluation and selection of vendor solutions, technologies, frameworks, and engineering methodologies.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, secure, and testable code following engineering standards and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Lead and participate in code reviews, promoting engineering excellence, maintainability, secure coding practices, and adherence to architectural standards while helping other engineers improve technical quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications, services, and infrastructure while driving root-cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
Ensure adequate test coverage through unit, functional, integration, and performance testing practices.
Contribute to and influence the architecture and design of software systems, ensuring scalability, resiliency, maintainability, and security.
Analyze application performance, conduct scalability assessments, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance tuning strategies to optimize system reliability and efficiency under varying workloads.
Apply secure coding standards and security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, proactively identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities.
Design and implement observability, monitoring, logging, and operational readiness capabilities to support system reliability, supportability, and incident response.
Mentor junior engineers, share technical expertise, and provide guidance on engineering best practices.
Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.

Strong proficiency and experience in Full Stack Software Engineering.
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework development.
Experience designing and developing scalable microservices-based solutions.
Experience with PCF, Kubernetes, Docker, or similar cloud-native platforms.
Solid understanding of front-end engineering principles and experience with Angular or React.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL and the ability to design efficient, optimized data access solutions.
Experience with RESTful API design and development.
Experience leveraging or developing solutions using Information Security concepts including X.509, public key cryptography, JWT, hashing, and digital signatures.
Experience with software testing frameworks and methodologies.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity with the ability to apply them to scalable, high-performance software solutions.
Experience implementing secure coding practices, application security principles, and vulnerability prevention and remediation techniques.
Experience optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability in distributed systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools including Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
Experience with observability tools, monitoring platforms, logging frameworks, and operational support practices.
