Executive Office Manager

NON-REMOTE – IN-OFFICE POSITION

Company Overview

Utah- and Nevada-based emerging technology company seeking an experienced Executive Office Manager to support executive leadership and assist with the growth and development of a fast-paced, rapidly expanding startup environment.

Our company has developed proprietary technology designed to improve energy efficiency in cryptocurrency data mining operations, data storage centers, and utility-scale renewable energy projects. We are currently pursuing development agreements for multiple facilities ranging from 10 MW to 100 MW and are seeking highly motivated professionals who thrive in entrepreneurial environments.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Office Manager with a minimum of 10 years of professional office management, executive administration, or operations support experience.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and possesses exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This position will work directly with executive leadership and will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate office operations, communications, and administrative functions.
  • Assist with contract administration, document management, and executive correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, presentations, reports, and project tracking activities.
  • Interface with clients, partners, vendors, consultants, and executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and human resources coordination.
  • Support executive leadership with special projects and company initiatives.
  • Help establish operational procedures and office systems as the company grows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of Office Management, Executive Administration, or related experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting executive-level leadership preferred.
  • Startup, technology, energy, construction, or development industry experience is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $120,000+, based upon experience and qualifications.
  • Orientation Period: Deferred salary during the initial 60 days, paid in a lump-sum upon completion of the orientation period.
