Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • This position works dependently with a Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) with nursing supervision.
  • A person in this position must be familiar with concepts, practices and procedures within a Medication Clinic and rely on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
  • A person in this position must exercise tact, judgment and confidentiality in contact with the public, clients and families, as well as fellow associates of the Center.

Starting and growing base wage opportunities up to $27.25/hour!!

PLUS. Additional Annual Compensation and Incentive Opportunities!!

  • Three-day, 12-hour shifts.
  • Eligible for $150/month ($1,800 annually) in student loan repayment, available at hire
  • Earn $750 for every person you refer who is hired and remains employed for 6 months and receive an additional $500 every year as long as you both remain employed
  • Bilingual wage premiums available for individuals fluent in Spanish or Burmese

Requirements:

Background Checks:

  • 4C Health is a Drug-Free Workplace employer. Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Candidates must be willing to submit to comprehensive background checks, including but not limited to criminal and child protective services checks.

Education

  • Completion of a Medical Assisting Program with certification required.


Experience

  • Preferred but not required.


Necessary skills:

  • Able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of medical equipment in a Medication Clinic and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills; internally and externally. Must be able to communicate in a simplistic manner to meet the needs of clients from all walks of life.
  • Ability to function in a therapeutic nursing environment.
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of current methods of mental health

Other:

  • Must have current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • Must have current CPI certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • Must have current TB certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Must be a Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant. Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant must be current and maintained.
