Who we are

Champion Performance PT is built around a simple mission: Move. Play. Live. We blend evidence-based care, functional movement, and hands-on skill to help active people get back to what they love, stronger than before.

Why this role exists

We’re growing. This hire will expand capacity for a patient population that includes orthopedic conditions, chronic pain, and neuro presentations, while fitting seamlessly into a culture that values movement quality, progression, and patient confidence.

What makes this clinic different

You will practice in an environment that supports real clinical thinking and a wide toolkit, including:

  • Sport-specific rehab and return-to-sport progression and testing
  • Advanced knee and ACL rehab, and collaboration with local orthopedic surgeons
  • Manual therapy and movement-based treatment
  • Neuro-informed support for chronic pain (and the patience it takes to do it well)
  • Specialty capabilities including BFR, NEUBIE direct current stimulation, post-concussion care, vestibular/BPPV, and complex cases like CRPS and EDS-HT

Compensation & Benefits

  • We offer a base salary, plus an uncapped incentive plan that rewards you for providing exceptional patient care.
  • $5,000 Sign on Bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, short/long term disability, 401(k) & more!
  • Flexible scheduling

What you’ll do

  • Evaluate and treat a mixed caseload with an ortho foundation plus chronic pain and neuro presentations
  • Build plans of care that reflect how patients actually live, work, train, and move
  • Deliver strong manual therapy when appropriate and pair it with progressive exercise and education
  • Collaborate with a high-standard team that values outcomes, patient trust, and continual learning
  • Document clearly and efficiently while keeping the patient experience excellent

What success looks like (first 60 to 90 days)

  • You build rapport fast and patients feel safe, understood, and motivated
  • Your plans are structured, progressive, and individualized
  • You communicate well with teammates and align on complex cases (especially chronic pain and neuro)
  • You help protect the brand experience: high quality, high energy, high standards

What You’ll BringMust have
  • Approachable, team-first mindset that energizes collaboration and clinic culture
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or license eligible) in Texas
  • Strong orthopedic fundamentals and confidence progressing therapeutic exercise
  • Comfort working with chronic pain and neuro presentations such as EDS, POTS, CRPS, etc. (or genuine interest and baseline competency)

Nice to have

  • Manual therapy strength
  • Experience or interest in: return-to-sport, ACL/knee rehab, vestibular/BPPV, post-concussion
  • Background with performance training, athletes, or “athletic-minded” adults

USD $70,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
